Our silver pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver. Both our silver & gold vermeil pieces are finished with an anti-tarnish coating to help keep them looking their best.

We use recycled sterling silver & gold vermeil where possible, and all pieces are carefully designed to balance beauty, meaning and longevity.

Yes. In accordance with UK law, all eligible Loft & Daughter jewellery (pieces weighing over 7.78g) is independently hallmarked by the renowned Edinburgh Assay Office.

A hallmark is your assurance that a piece has been independently tested and verified for its precious metal content. It is one of the highest standards of quality and authenticity in jewellery.

Where a piece falls below the 7.78g weight threshold for hallmarking, it is still crafted from the same precious metals as those hallmarked and held to the same quality standards as the rest of our collection.

Yes. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults on all jewellery purchased directly from Loft & Daughter.

Should you experience an issue with your piece, simply get in touch with our Customer Care team via hello@loftanddaughter.com and we'll assess the item and work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or the natural ageing of plated finishes. However, we understand that jewellery often carries deep personal meaning, so we'll always do our best to help wherever we can.

Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.
