Uplift communities
We visit each organisation personally before partnering with them to ensure they are as passionate about creating positive social & environmental change as we are. Through a carefully selected supply base, Loft & Daughter helps improve the socio-economic standing of our artisans, and thus their families and communities.
Empower women
We work with all-female social enterprises that help disadvantaged women become self-sustainable. By co-creating with us, they’re better able to access equal training and employment opportunities, personal bank accounts, healthcare, and self-help groups.
Protect the planet
Through recycled, organic, or earth-friendly materials, and focusing on gentle, slow, and sustainable processes, we aim to create as little environmental trace as possible.
Preserve traditions
We celebrate traditional handicraft techniques that have been refined for centuries. We trust our artisans’ expertise and respect their creative process.

We have gained so much wisdom from the craftspeople we work with, but we know the journey of social and environmental responsibility is a never-ending one.
Sustainable Development Goals
As part of our ongoing commitment to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we’re proud members of 1% for the planet, donating 1% of our revenue to environmental causes. We also donate 1% of our annual revenue to charities that support our key SDGs, with a particular focus on women’s empowerment.
Conscious materials
Our jewelry is produced using recycled silver sourced from a small local refinery. Any wastage from the artisans’ workshops is also melted down and recycled. This does not include the chains which are bought in standard sterling silver. Anything crafted from 100% recycled sterling silver will be mentioned on the product listings.
Fair Trade Certified Our jewellery craftsmen are certified by the World Fair Trade Organisation, guaranteeing the fairest & kindest standards of production. Currently, our materials are not Fair Trade certified, however, we are working on that as we grow.
