Oxygen India
protecting livelihoods of the vulnerable during the pandemic
In India, Covid 19 is causing hunger & the poor are suffering the most. Continuation of lockdowns means no work for artisans and no money for their families.
Loft & Daughter would not be if it were not for the beautiful souls in India who craft our products.
Having raised money for Mission Oxygen India, I sat down to figure out how Loft & Daughter could further help the overwhelming humanitarian crisis that has been unfolding before us.
For the next month (May 2021), Loft & Daughter will be donating to a cause close to my heart, Vatsalya who exist to uplift & educate some of Jaipur’s most vulnerable women & children. I visited this amazing charity back in 2017 & have seen first hand the vital work that they do.
Every order will contribute towards emergency help packages for the staff, children and artisans. They contain food & nutrition supplies sufficient for a family of four to last for over a month.
If you would like to donate directly, please find details of Vatsalya’s various campaigns here; donate
I am forever grateful for each & every order & for the loyal customers who enable Loft & Daughter to support India through these devastating times…

India is in crisis.the home of Loft & daughter, where all our beautiful products are born & brought to life.
Loft & Daughter is fundraising for missionoxygen.org, an initiative set up to collect donations for importing vital oxygen concentrator machines & donating them to hospitals in need in India.
Amazingly, despite the cargo flight ban from China & Hong Kong into India, they are chartering flights & have so far procured 1565 oxygen concentrators.
Due to the dire situation in India, they have a target of procuring 3000 concentrators.
Loft & Daughter is raising money for one oxygen concentrator, a cost of 60,000 INR, or approx £580
10% of all sales will be donated for the next week (28/04- 04/05) & loft & daughter will match this amount to ensure we raise enough for one concentrator.
To find out more, please head to missionoxygen.org or you can donate directly to their fundraiser here
Every bit will go a long way in saving lives.
With deep gratitude,

THANK YOU! WE DID IT!!
In just over a week, the contributions from your kind orders has raised enough money for one oxygen concentrator.
One oxygen concentrator will support two hospital beds.
In the early hours of 6th May, a charter flight carrying 850 oxygen concentrators from Beijing arrived in Delhi. This is amongst the largest consignments of oxygen concentrators to arrive into India and will supply 1700 beds with a fixed oxygen supply, daily.
Thank you for helping towards this incredible cause.
I will continue to look for further ways to support India during this immense time of loss. Information will follow once I’ve worked out the details..
(In the meantime, you can contribute directly to Mission Oxygen here Helping hospitals save lives)
Thank you,
Katie x
