We’ll do everything we can to make sure your gifts arrive in time to be wrapped, loved, and placed under the tree✨

To help us get your orders out in good time, please try to place them as early as possible, the dates below are our recommended order-by deadlines for Christmas delivery.

Please note: these are estimated cut-off dates, and while we’ll do our very best, delivery times can’t be guaranteed once parcels are with our couriers.

UK Orders 🇬🇧

Standard Delivery: Order by Thursday 18th December
Express Delivery: Order by Saturday 20th December

Europe 🌍

Tracked Delivery: Order by Wednesday 11th December

Rest of World 🌎

Tracked Delivery: Order by Monday 9th December

If you’re ordering after these dates, we’ll still do our best to get your pieces to you, or you can choose to send a digital gift card for a last-minute token that always arrives on time 💌

💫 Extended Christmas Returns

We know many of our pieces are gifted with love during the festive season, so we’ve extended our returns window to make things a little easier.

For any orders placed between 1st November and 20th December 2025, you’ll have until 5th January 2026 to get in touch if your item isn’t quite perfect.

As always, pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

 

All orders will be DISPATCHED next business day. Express orders will therefore be delivered 2 days after order placement:

UK Standard Delivery : FREE (Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days after dispatch date)
UK Express Delivery: £5.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next business day after dispatch date)
International: £9.00 (Royal Mail international tracked/signed for: 5-10 business days country dependent)

LOUNGEWEAR DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery: FREE (Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days)
UK Express Delivery: £5.00 (Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next business day)
International: Starting from £18.00 via Royal Mail or Courier (3-10 business days, depending on weight & country)

All orders will be sent a dispatch notification with a tracking number. Please keep an eye on your tracking information to ensure you do not miss your delivery. Loft & Daughter is not responsible for parcels which are not-collected or for incorrect delivery addresses. Shipping costs will apply for any Loft & Daughter orders which need re-dispatching and need to be paid for by contacting hello@loftanddaughter.com.

International shipping costs are weight dependent & confirmed at checkout for you.

Please note all international orders (including Europe and the EU) may be subject to additional import duties and custom charges. The purchaser is responsible for covering these charges. please check with your local government website as to what the charges for your country are.

To keep shipping as affordable as possible, I used Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. If you would like to use a faster courier service, please contact me at hello@loftanddaughter.com and I will be happy to look into options for you.

For International orders in which both a piece of jewellery and loungewear are purchased in the same order, the shipping will be charged at the loungewear cost.

RETURNS

I hope you love your Loft & Daughter purchase. If however you’re unhappy with anything, please email me at hello@loftanddaughter.com and I will do my best to find a solution you’re happy with. I accept returns up to 14 days of receiving goods.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept the return of earrings, unless they are faulty.

All items must be returned in their original condition, and jewellery in its original packaging. Please send your returns using a tracked/ signed for service and keep proof of postage as I am not responsible for a return going missing. Thank you!
